DECEMBER 17,2010 MINUTES GCTB SPECIAL MEETING Members present: Dennis Long, Cindy Olson, Duane Brooks, Monica Ashton, Terry Wright.
Members absent: Shawn Kraycs, Linda Munsey.
Others present: Robert (Bruce ) Zalobsky, Albert (Mike) Ingalls, Claudia “Jeri” Selthoffer.
Supervisor called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to interview applicants and appoint trustee to fill the vacancy on the Grayling Charter Township Board due to the resignation of Linda Munsey who was elected to the Board of Crawford County Commissioners.
The Board proceeded to interview three applicants: Robert Zalobsky, Albert Ingalls and Claudia Selthoffer.
Linda Munsey joined the meeting during the last interview.
Motion by Long, second by Brooks, to appoint Robert Bruce Zalobsky to fill the remaining term of Grayling Charter Townshi p Trustee,vacated by Linda Munsey. Ayes, six; Nays, none;Absent, one.
Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by Olson, carried. Ayes, six; Nays, none; Absent, one.
