1. Roll call:

Also present – Supervisor Wright & Harold Grifka.

2. Motion by DiPonio support by Roth to approve minutes of October 26, 2010 with corrections. All ayes, one absent. Motion carried.

Motion by DiPonio support by Roth to split property – Lot A = 130 X 660 1.97 Acre
Lot B = 1.98.03 X 660 2.99 Acre

Motion by DiPonio support by Roth to nominate Jansen as Chair. (want to make exception to bylaws) Four ayes, one absent. Motion carried.

Motion by Roth support by Jansen for DiPonio as Vice – chair. Four ayes, one absent. Motion carried.

Motion by DiPonio support by Cox for Roth as Secretary. Four ayes, one absent. Motion carried.
