2. Chair opens meeting 7:00 p.m.
3. Motion by DiPonio support by Roth to approve minutes from September 28, 2010. All ayes, one absent. Motion carried.
4. Motion by DiPonio support by Roth send 2010-01 to Board Of Trustees. All ayes, one absent. Motion carried.
5. Motion by Cox support by DiPonio send 2010-02 to Board Of Trustees. All ayes, one absent. Motion carried.
6. Motion by DiPonio support by Roth to rezone North Down River Road from cemetery to Roberts Road to C-1. All ayes, one absent. Motion carried.
7. Supervisor Terry Wright reported on outdoor wood burning furnaces public hearing.
